ND-NOW (North Dakota Network of Welcomers) seeks to build a coordinated infrastructure for welcoming and integrating newcomers into North Dakota Communities. This effort will unite cross-sector leaders, employers, volunteers, and community organizations to lay the foundation for a sustainable, long-term model for immigrant integration.

Through a focus on advocacy, workforce development, community readiness, and volunteer mobilization, the coalition will equip North Dakota communities to effectively welcome newcomers, providing the tools, resources and support needed for families and communities to thrive.
