Position Overview:

CATCH is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to assist foreign-born families in accessing essential services and integrating into rural North Dakota communities. This role involves direct client interaction, resource navigation, and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Understand the unique needs of immigrant and refugee families to develop tailored service plans.
  • Connect Clients with Resources: Facilitate access to housing, employment, healthcare, and educational opportunities essential for successful community integration.
  • Maintain Detailed Case Files: Document client progress and challenges to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Advocate for Clients: Represent the interests of foreign-born families in community meetings and with service providers to promote inclusive policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work with local organizations to coordinate services that address the specific needs of new residents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social services, case management, or working with diverse populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Commitment to supporting immigrant and refugee integration.
